EzParking is a mobile application designed to simplify parking on Wake Forest University’s campus. Built using Expo, React Native, and the Google Places API, it allows users to locate available parking spots, view parking lot details, and navigate efficiently all in real time.

The Idea

Parking on a busy campus can often be stressful. EzParking was developed to test how mobile apps, combined with geolocation APIs, can improve accessibility and reduce the time students and staff spend finding parking. The prototype integrates Google Places for location data and maps, with a clean, intuitive UI optimized for mobile devices.
